The “Bibliothekartag” (= “Librarian’s Day”) is the central meeting of librarians in Germany. It’s the 97th Bibliothekartag from 3rd to 6th June 2008 in Mannheim (Palatinate, in the north of Baden-Württemberg). The preliminary program of the conference is now online. You find the panel discussions under “Programm” > “Fortbildungsveranstaltungen”; the workshops and performances of smaller library associations under “Programm” > “Arbeitssitzungen”.
